What does EVtoU do for importers?
EVtoU is an independent exporter based in Beijing and Tianjin. We are not Changan and not part of its official distributor network. We buy new Changan SUVs in China and sell them to dealers, fleets and importers in markets that drive on the right. You deal with one company from quote to bill of lading.
Vehicle sourcing
We source brand-new, left-hand-drive Changan SUVs from factory and dealer allocation in China. We confirm grade, colour, VIN range and build month on the proforma invoice, so you know exactly what you are buying before you pay.

Before loading, cars are checked for VIN, grade, colour, mileage and condition. You can send your own inspector, such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek, or ask us to arrange one and send you the report with photos.
How inspection worksLogistics
We book Ro-Ro, 40HQ container or rail freight from Shanghai, Tianjin or Guangzhou, or by rail through Khorgos and Alashankou to Central Asia. We quote FOB, CFR or CIF and send a loading plan for mixed containers.
Shipping & Import GuideExport documentation
We file China export customs and the new-vehicle export documents, and send the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Where the factory issues a COC for your market, we include it. Your broker handles import clearance.
Documents FAQAfter-sales parts
We supply spare parts from China by air for urgent orders, or in the same container as your next cars. New dealers often add a starter pack of service parts to their first order. Warranty follows the factory policy for your market.
Fleet and dealer supply
For fleets, tenders and new dealerships we plan model mix, delivery schedule, parts packages and training. Kunta runs this desk and speaks English, Mandarin and Russian.
