What does EVtoU do?

We turn a Chinese domestic or export-allocation car into a car that can be registered in your country. That means sourcing the right specification, checking every unit, preparing export customs and the new-vehicle export paperwork China requires, booking Ro-Ro, container or rail freight and releasing documents safely against payment.

We focus on 4 Changan SUVs — Changan CS55 PLUS, Changan CS75 PLUS, 2026 Changan CS75 PLUS and Changan CSX5 PLUS (X5 PLUS) — because a short line-up lets us know every grade, every option code and every loading plan in detail.

Are you Changan?

No. The vehicles are built by Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. (changan.com.cn). We are an independent exporter. Where Changan has an official distributor in your country, factory warranty and parts support run through that distributor, and parallel imports can be treated differently. We tell you this before you pay, and we will say so if your market is better served by the local distributor.

How do we work?

• Prices in public. Indicative FOB prices are on every model page and on Prices & Export Quotes. Your proforma invoice itemises everything.
• Inspection before loading. VIN, build date, odometer and condition photos for every unit; third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at your request.
• Documents against payment. Original bill of lading and export documents are released on balance payment — the standard, safe structure for both sides.
• Answers in your language. English and Mandarin from all three managers, Spanish from Fan and Russian from Kunta.
