Why do we use it?

Only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, carry out an order you place and improve this website. We do not sell your data.

Who do we share it with?

With the service providers needed to run an order — freight forwarders, shipping lines, inspection companies and customs brokers — and with our CRM and hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs.

How long do we keep it?

Inquiry data is kept for up to three years after our last contact; order records are kept as long as tax and export law requires.
